Riot Games
Riot Games was founded in 2006 by gamers who believe that putting players first can create truly great games. Since launching League of Legends in 2009, we’ve grown into a global leader in games, serving millions of players every day. Players are at the heart of everything we do, and we continuously evolve our experiences to better serve them.
We’re looking for humble, driven professionals who take play seriously and bring a strong sense of ownership to their craft. You’re curious, collaborative, and not afraid to challenge conventions in pursuit of better player experiences.
That’s where you come in.
As a Game Producer, Events on the Wild Rift team, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality in-game events that resonate with players. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including design, art, engineering, product, and QA—to bring event experiences from concept to launch. You’ll also act as a bridge between player sentiment and development, ensuring that what we ship reflects real player needs and continuously improves over time.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver diverse in-game events aligned with patch themes, product goals, and player motivations.
- Drive end-to-end execution of event features, from concept and documentation to implementation and launch.
- Partner with QA and development teams to proactively identify issues and ensure a high-quality player experience.
- Analyze event performance and player behavior, generating insights and actionable recommendations for future improvements.
- Monitor player feedback across channels, synthesize key learnings, and collaborate with stakeholders to address pain points.
- Continuously raise the bar on event quality, player engagement, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in game design, game production, or product management.
- Strong familiarity with competitive multiplayer games, especially mobile MOBAs (e.g., League of Legends: Wild Rift, Honor of Kings, or similar PvP titles).
- Solid understanding of player motivations and live game event design.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience owning features or systems through a full development lifecycle (concept → launch → iteration).
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Please include both your resume and a cover letter. We read every application carefully—show us your passion for games and how you think about creating meaningful player experiences.
