Palantir

A World-Changing Company

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role

As a Mobility Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the payroll tax compliance and accounting reporting areas of Palantir’s Global Mobility program. You will craft, implement, and execute processes to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and deliver great customer service to our mobile employees. In this role you’ll be assisting the Mobility Tax team to ensure the tax implications of every assignment are understood and accounted for correctly by both Palantir and our assignees. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Finance, People and Legal teams and business leads to support the seamless movement of Palantir employees around the world.

To be successful in this role you’ll need a combination of program management, process optimisation, and execution skills in addition to a working knowledge of mobility tax workflows. We value problem solvers who are energised by the chance to improve the efficiency or accuracy of existing processes.
