Spotify is looking for a Systems Manager to lead our Financial Systems Functional Analysis team — a talented group of Functional Analysts and quality specialists responsible for shaping, delivering, and assuring the financial solutions that underpin Spotify’s global business.

You’ll join the FinE Alliance within the Platform Mission, partnering closely with Finance teams across Controllership, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, and Payroll, as well as Engineering and Operations peers across Financial Engineering. This is a highly collaborative leadership role where you’ll help scale our financial systems capability, drive operational excellence, and enable Spotify’s continued global growth through modern SaaS and engineered solutions.
