Type de mission : Indépendant (Freelance)
Volume : 5 à 10h par semaine
Lieu : 100% Remote
Rémunération : Jusqu’à 900 €/mois + bonus qualité & fidélité

Vos missions

Le rôle : Coach Certifié NOKI

Vous choisissez les thématiques qui vous correspondent parmi la gestion du budget, les finances personnelles, l’organisation financière, l’entrepreneuriat et/ou l’introduction à l’investissement.

En tant que Coach Certifié NOKI, vous accompagnez chaque mois nos abonnés Premium via :

  • 1 session individuelle de 20 minutes / mois / client
  • Un suivi asynchrone via chat, pour des questions rapides
  • Un accompagnement structuré sur l’une des thématiques

Vos missions

  • Gérer un portefeuille pouvant aller jusqu’à 150 clients Premium par mois
  • Définir des objectifs personnalisés et réalistes
  • Suivre les progrès et encourager la discipline financière
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe NOKI
  • Maintenir une satisfaction client ≥ 4,7/5

Vos compétences

Profil recherché

  • Vous aimez accompagner les autres et les voir progresser
  • Vous avez un background en finance, gestion, banque, business, consulting ou coaching
  • Vous êtes structuré(e), patient(e), pédagogue
  • Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral
  • Vous cherchez un revenu complémentaire flexible et fiable
