We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram/Bangalore/Mumbai for our hybrid working model.
Position Expectations

- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across assigned GTM roles in India, from kickoff through offer acceptance and handoff to onboarding.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive talent across key GTM talent pools.
- Drive candidate generation through outbound sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and internal partnerships.
- Maintain strong alignment with hiring teams on interview panel design, competencies, process efficiency, and timely feedback.
- Support hiring managers on interview process quality, candidate experience, and decision-making discipline.
- Lead debrief and offer coordination in partnership with hiring managers and relevant approvals stakeholders.
- Use data and market insight to influence hiring strategy, pipeline health, and close plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely system hygiene across requisitions, candidate stages, feedback, and approvals.
- Act as a brand ambassador for MongoDB in the India talent market.
What you will need
- 4+ plus years full life-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 1 years’ experience focused on GTM roles
- At least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience required
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, and market research. Proven ability to build pipelines beyond active applicants
- Proven success recruiting across India; other regional market experience a plus.
- Hands on experience managing multiple requisitions, of varying levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with conflicting priorities.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and an ability to effectively deliver content to people at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
