You’re passionate about international philanthropy and want to help build global networks? bcause is growing beyond Germany and we’re looking for you: a curious, communicative person who helps us connect with international partners, role models, and initiatives.

What to expect

  • Global perspective: You’ll research and map international movements in philanthropy, impact investing, and social finance.
  • Shape things from day one: You’ll help us build structures for international partnerships from first research to first contact.
  • A team with depth: You’ll work in an environment that brings together expertise in foundations, impact investing, and fintech.

Tasks

  • Research: map the international landscape of philanthropy, impact investing, and social finance
  • Outreach: initiate and maintain contact with international partners, networks, and initiatives in English.
  • Writing: contribute to our English-language newsletter and other external communications.
  • Presentations: turn ideas and insights into compelling decks for international audiences.
  • Coordination: keep international projects moving from scheduling to follow-up.

Requirements

Your profile

  • Communication: You have a feel for the right tone whether in an email, a newsletter, or a partner call. Excellent English is a must, German a plus.
  • Structure: You love bringing order to complexity and optimizing processes as you go.
  • Initiative: You’re proactive and solution-oriented. You find the best way forward without being asked.
  • Tools: No fear of new software (e.g. Notion, Google Workspace, AI or whatever the job requires).
  • Values match: You care about social impact and want to help transform the world of giving.
