This is a remote position.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experiencedSAP Integration Suite (CPI) Consultantto support SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation programs and enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite.

The consultant will work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations that enable seamless business processes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Architecture

  • Design end-to-end integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite.

  • Define integration architecture aligned with SAP best practices and clean-core principles.

  • Develop integration strategies for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and hybrid environments.

  • Create technical design documents, interface specifications, and integration blueprints.

Development & Configuration

  • Develop and maintain integration flows (iFlows) using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).

  • Configure and support:

    • API Management

    • Open Connectors

    • Event Mesh

    • Integration Advisor

    • Trading Partner Management (preferred)

  • Develop mappings, transformations, routing logic, and exception handling processes.

  • Configure secure communication using OAuth, SAML, certificates, and other authentication methods.

SAP & Non-SAP Integration

  • Build integrations between SAP and external systems including:

    • Salesforce

    • Workday

    • SuccessFactors

    • Ariba

    • Concur

    • Third-party logistics platforms

    • Legacy ERP and custom applications

  • Work with:

    • OData Services

    • REST APIs

    • SOAP Web Services

    • IDocs

    • RFC/BAPI

    • SFTP and File-based Integrations

Testing & Deployment

  • Execute unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

  • Support deployment, release management, and transport activities.

  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.

  • Support production deployments and hypercare activities.

Monitoring & Support

  • Monitor interfaces and proactively resolve integration issues.

  • Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.

  • Support SAP quarterly cloud release assessments and regression testing.

  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP technical consulting experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP Integration Suite (CPI) experience.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)

    • Integration Flows (iFlows)

    • OData Services

    • REST APIs

    • SOAP Services

    • IDocs

    • API Management

  • Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.

  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.

  • Experience with integration security and authentication mechanisms.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Integration Suite Certification.

  • Experience with:

    • Event Mesh

    • Open Connectors

    • Integration Advisor

    • SAP BTP

    • SAP Business Application Studio

    • SAP Fiori

    • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

    • SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or CX integrations

  • Experience supporting global and multi-country implementations.

  • Knowledge of cloud-native integration patterns and microservices architecture.
