The Commercial AI Administrator is a mission-critical contributor to Vida’s full sales cycle. You will support Sales, Sales Operations, Proposals, and Marketing by managing and optimizing a commercial content ecosystem designed for both human and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude, Gemini). The ideal candidate thinks in systems, collaborates effectively across functions such as Finance, Product, and Analytics, and has a demonstrated ability to organize large sets of qualitative and quantitative information in support of benchmarking and proposal development.
