– Support lead generation activities by preparing prospect lists and maintaining lead databases
– Identify trends, early warning signals for churn, and potential upsell indicators based on data analysis
– Support ad-hoc data requests and performance reviews
– Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required information for reporting and analysis
