As a Pre-Sales AI Consultant at WalkMe, you will work closely with Sales and Presales teams
across EMEA to support customers in evaluating, adopting, and scaling WalkMe AI. You will
help align customer AI strategies, architectures, and business objectives with WalkMe’s AI
capabilities, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
 
This role is highly customer-facing and hands-on. You will guide technical discovery, lead
AI-focused demonstrations and proofs of concept, and support customers as they assess how
WalkMe AI fits into their broader enterprise AI initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with
internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure customer
feedback and market insights are effectively shared and acted upon.
 
This role reports to the VP of Presales, EMEA and supports customers across the region, with
a primary focus on markets where WalkMe has a strong presence, including the DACH, the UK
+ Ireland, and Israel.
