Senior Paid Media Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our global performance marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for driving efficient user acquisition at scale, with a strong focus on eFTD growth, net profit optimization, and ROI-positive scaling.

Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Performance Ownership – Own paid acquisition performance (Paid eFTD, new user net profit, ROI) – Scale investment while maintaining positive ROI – Optimize full funnel: impression → registration → deposit → trading
2. Paid Media Strategy & Execution – Develop strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, etc. – Optimize creatives, targeting, bidding, landing pages – Explore new growth channels
3. Data, Attribution & Optimization – Build data-driven frameworks – Improve attribution (MMP, CUID mapping) – Ensure accurate tracking and analysis
4. Budget & ROI Management – Manage large budgets efficiently – Improve ROI and payback – Set clear performance targets
5. Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with product, growth, brand, and regional teams – Align with overall growth strategy
6. Team Leadership – Build and lead a high-performing team – Manage agencies and vendors

Requirements
– 8+ years in performance marketing
– Experience in crypto/fintech preferred
– Strong ROI and scaling experience
– Familiar with attribution and data analysis
– Experience managing large budgets
– Strong ownership mindset
– Strong industry network and access to high-quality resources (e.g., media channels, agencies, KOLs, or strategic partners) is a plus

Must: Fluent in both Mandarin and English
