About the Role

You'll operate a tractor-trailer across regional routes designed around our home-weekly model, meaning you return to your family every seven days. This position combines the freedom of the open road with the stability of knowing when you'll be back home. What You'll Do

• Safely operate a commercial truck on assigned regional routes with a return-to-base schedule
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain detailed logbooks in compliance with DOT regulations
• Manage cargo securely and transport freight on time, protecting goods and following weight and load distribution standards
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and respond professionally to routing changes
• Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate safety-first decision-making at all times

What We're Looking For

• Current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with clean driving history
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience (company driver or owner-operator)
• Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations and safe driving practices
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with dispatch teams
• Commitment to vehicle maintenance and professional appearance standards
