A/Z Corporation is seeking a Project Manager – Major Projects to lead strategic initiatives and oversee complex project assignments across the organization. This full-time position, based in the US, reports directly to the Major Projects Operations Manager and collaborates closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact organizational projects.
About the Role
As a Project Manager – Major Projects with A/Z Corporation, you'll take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering major projects that support the company's strategic objectives. This role combines strong project management discipline with strategic thinking and requires a genuine commitment to client satisfaction. You'll bridge operational execution with senior leadership priorities, ensuring major projects deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management for assigned major projects, managing all phases from planning through successful delivery
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets aligned with organizational strategy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align on project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress against established metrics, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and quality
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and major initiative development
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service throughout project lifecycles
- Document project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and contribute to organizational best practices
- Prepare status reports and present project updates to leadership and stakeholders
