About the Role
As a Loan Officer at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, you'll be the trusted point of contact for clients navigating one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Working from our Lacey office, you'll combine client relationship management with meticulous loan processing to deliver a seamless financing experience.
What You'll Do
- Review mortgage loan applications and verify applicant information for accuracy and completeness
- Gather and compile financial documentation and supporting materials from clients
- Input application data into loan management systems with precision
- Advise clients on available mortgage products and loan options suited to their financial situation
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address questions and move applications toward approval
- Coordinate with underwriting, appraisal, and other departments to keep loans on track
- Ensure all files comply with lending regulations and company standards
