About the Role
This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work independently while serving an essential role in the mortgage lending process. You'll travel throughout Isanti County and surrounding communities to conduct thorough residential property evaluations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive mortgage vacancy evaluations on residential properties
- Document property conditions, structural integrity, and occupancy status with accuracy and professionalism
- Photograph properties and compile detailed inspection reports
- Meet scheduling requirements and maintain reliable communication with the main office
- Travel throughout Isanti County and neighboring areas to service assignments
- Adhere to lending guidelines and inspection protocols to ensure quality and compliance
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (you'll be traveling to properties)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule within assignment parameters
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to present yourself appropriately at client properties
- Basic technical skills for report writing and digital documentation
- Knowledge of residential construction and property evaluation (preferred)
- Willingness to be flexible with scheduling to meet client needs
