About the Role
As a Part-Time Shift Leader at MINISO USA, you'll support the Store Manager in running smooth, efficient daily operations while mentoring store associates and maintaining the high service standards our customers expect. You'll balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on retail work, from managing the floor to handling critical tasks that keep our store running strong.
What You'll Do
- Guide and train store associates on product knowledge, customer service standards, and operational procedures
- Lead floor operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Manage cash handling, register operations, and reconciliation processes
- Execute merchandising strategies and maintain organized, visually appealing store displays
- Monitor and support progress toward store sales and operational KPIs
- Oversee shipping and receiving tasks and ensure product inventory accuracy
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and operational compliance
- Communicate feedback to management and contribute to continuous store improvement
What We're Looking For
- Retail or customer service experience, ideally in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic cash management
- Flexibility to work assigned part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Passion for customer service and store operations excellence
