Join STEPS Behavioral Health as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Pleasant Hill, York County. We're seeking a dedicated BCBA to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services as part of our supportive, growth-focused team. About the Role
You'll provide comprehensive behavioral assessment, individualized treatment planning, and clinical supervision to support clients in achieving their goals. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis will drive intervention development and progress monitoring. This role includes direct client interaction and regular travel throughout the service area.
What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise clinical staff implementing behavioral interventions and ABA strategies
- Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and modify approaches as needed
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards
- Travel to client locations and multiple service sites within the region
What We're Looking For
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or higher)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the service area
- Advanced knowledge of applied behavior analysis and evidence-based intervention methods
- Strong communication and clinical relationship skills with diverse populations
- Commitment to professional growth and current best practices in behavioral health
