About the Role

This part-time position connects you with individuals who benefit from one-on-one support navigating daily life and community engagement. You'll use your personal vehicle to facilitate outings and activities—CDD covers your mileage reimbursement. The role includes weekend availability and requires the flexibility to adapt to client needs.

What You'll Do

• Work with clients to strengthen practical life and self-care skills
• Plan and accompany individuals on community outings, medical appointments, and social activities
• Help connect clients to local resources and meaningful community experiences
• Keep detailed notes and communicate regularly with the CDD team about client progress
• Demonstrate respect and patience, supporting autonomy and personal dignity at all times

What We're Looking For

• Authentic interest in supporting people with developmental disabilities
• Own reliable transportation with current driver's license
• Capacity to work part-time hours with weekend flexibility
• Clear communication skills and comfort building trusting relationships
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and personal care as appropriate
• Alignment with values of inclusion, choice, and human dignity
