About the Role
As a Care Partner at our Roseburg, Douglas County senior living community, you'll be at the heart of resident care delivery. Working within our compassionate care team, you'll support residents across a range of personal care needs while maintaining the dignity, independence, and quality of life that seniors deserve. This is meaningful work that connects you directly to the residents and families we serve.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents during meals and with nutritional needs
- Provide mobility assistance and safe transfer support
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident spaces
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and listen to their needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with the broader care team about resident status and concerns
- Follow individualized care plans and institutional protocols
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Genuine compassion and patience with seniors
- Physical ability to assist residents safely and meet the demands of the role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and a professional, respectful attitude
- Willingness to work as part of a collaborative care team
