Target Analyst Reporter Level 2

IntelliGenesis is hiring a full-time Target Analyst Reporter Level 2 to join its team in Annapolis Junction, Anne Arundel County, Maryland — supporting critical intelligence missions at the heart of the US national security community.

About the Role

In this position, you will produce finished intelligence products that directly serve customers across the Intelligence Community (IC). Working in alignment with NSA's core missions — Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Information Assurance (IA), and Computer Network Operations (CNO) — you will translate raw, multi-source data into actionable, decision-quality reporting. This is an on-site role based in Annapolis Junction.

What You'll Do

• Research, analyze, and synthesize intelligence derived from passive and active collection sources into polished reporting products
• Prioritize and evaluate incoming information against active IC requirements, ensuring timely and relevant dissemination
• Select and apply the appropriate reporting vehicles and formats to deliver finished intelligence to the right customers
• Contribute analysis in support of SIGINT, IA, and CNO mission areas
• Identify intelligence gaps and collaborate with collection and targeting teams to refine requirements
• Maintain current awareness of target developments and adjust analytical focus accordingly

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as an intelligence analyst or reporter, with proficiency in all-source or SIGINT tradecraft
• Familiarity with IC reporting standards, dissemination protocols, and approved reporting systems
• Strong written communication skills with a record of producing clear, concise, and accurate finished intelligence
• Working knowledge of targeting methodologies and the intelligence production cycle
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality products under time-sensitive conditions
• An active government security clearance appropriate for work supporting NSA missions (required)
