About the Role

As a part-time Assembler, you'll work directly on the production floor building precision composite parts that meet the demanding quality standards of a leading Tier One automotive supplier. What You'll Do

• Assemble automotive composite components following engineering drawings, work orders, and production instructions
• Operate hand tools and assembly fixtures to complete build operations accurately and on schedule
• Inspect assembled parts for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and conformance to specifications
• Identify defects or non-conformances and communicate them promptly to team leads or supervisors
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and in compliance with plant safety standards
• Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all facility safety protocols
• Support quality and process improvement by flagging recurring issues and contributing ideas on the floor

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production setting is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret written work instructions, assembly schematics, and quality documents
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing defect-free output every shift
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive manual tasks throughout a shift
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a cooperative attitude toward teammates and safety culture
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn composite manufacturing processes
