• Cross-sell credit union products and services to members
• Help members navigate online and mobile banking options
• Follow all compliance procedures and security protocols

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple transactions and priorities efficiently

• Cash handling and basic computer skills
• Prior teller or retail customer service experience is a plus
