About the Role
We're looking for a skilled maintenance professional to oversee the upkeep of our buildings, grounds, and equipment across our Bensalem campus. You'll diagnose problems, execute repairs, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.
What You'll Do
- Perform hands-on maintenance work in plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, painting, and plastering
- Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to spot issues before they become problems
- Complete repair work orders and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and provide timely solutions
- Transport patients to various locations as assigned
- Work with vendors and supervisors to coordinate specialized repairs
- Maintain safe work practices and follow all safety protocols
- Keep grounds and facilities in good working order
What We're Looking For
- Experience in general maintenance, facility upkeep, or skilled trades work
- Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and building issues independently
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy items
- Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team
