Greenskeeper

Troon is hiring a Greenskeeper to support grounds maintenance at Enger Park Golf Course in Duluth, Saint Louis County. This full-time position welcomes both experienced groundskeepers and motivated entry-level candidates ready to develop skills in turf management and course maintenance.

About the Role

As a Greenskeeper at Enger Park, you'll be a valued member of our maintenance crew, working outdoors to preserve and enhance the playing conditions of the golf course. This position combines hands-on landscape work with equipment operation, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining championship-quality grounds.

What You'll Do

• Maintain fairways, greens, tees, and rough areas through regular mowing, watering, and turf care
• Perform landscape maintenance including trimming, edging, and debris removal
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment according to safety standards
• Participate in seasonal course preparations and special projects
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team on daily course upkeep
• Respond to course conditions and adjust maintenance schedules as needed
