AutoNation is hiring a full-time Skilled Technician in Coconut Creek, Broward County. In this hands-on role, you'll perform quality vehicle repair and maintenance services while building customer trust and loyalty for one of America's leading automotive dealership groups.

About the Role

As a Skilled Technician at our Coconut Creek location, you'll deliver reliable vehicle service and repair work that keeps customers' vehicles running safely. You'll work to dealer and factory standards, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring every repair meets our quality benchmarks. Your expertise directly supports customer confidence in AutoNation as their trusted automotive care partner.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical, electrical, and structural systems according to factory specifications
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, filter services, fluid exchanges, and brake work
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly and document findings with clear communication to management and customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with shop standards
• Build customer relationships through transparency and commitment to quality workmanship
• Stay current with manufacturer service bulletins and emerging vehicle technology

What We're Looking For

• Proven automotive technician experience or equivalent hands-on vehicle service background
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with hand tools, power equipment, and diagnostic software
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to read technical documentation and follow detailed service procedures
