About the Role
As a Part Sales Manager - Part Time with AutoZone, Inc. in Scottsboro, Jackson County, you will be part of the store management group responsible for keeping daily operations running smoothly while modeling the company's customer-first culture. Working alongside the Store Manager and serving in a Manager-in-Training (MIT) capacity, you will take ownership of store performance, lead by example, and help shape a motivated, dependable team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute store operations to consistently high standards.
- Provide WOW!-level customer service and resolve customer needs with care and urgency.
- Help lead, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Demonstrate initiative and strong leadership while learning the responsibilities of store management.

- Assist the Store Manager in driving store productivity and accountability.
