About the Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor within our Engineering department, you will direct the day-to-day upkeep of our property, guiding the team that keeps every system, space, and piece of equipment safe, dependable, and operating at peak efficiency. This is a full-time, on-location position based in Hesper, Yellowstone County — ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys both leading people and rolling up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize routine maintenance activities across the facility to maintain safe and reliable conditions.
• Coordinate the engineering team's daily workflow, prioritizing tasks and assignments effectively.
• Monitor building systems and equipment, performing preventive care and timely repairs.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the property.
• Respond promptly to service requests to minimize disruption and uphold guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility, building, or hotel maintenance, ideally within hospitality.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Solid organizational and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to safety standards.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Hesper, Yellowstone County.
