Frontline Resources LLC is hiring a full-time Maintenance Mechanic in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County to keep production running at a fast-paced plastics manufacturing facility. About the Role
As a Maintenance Mechanic with Frontline Resources LLC, you will be a key member of the facilities team at a plastic manufacturing plant in Los Angeles. Your core focus is keeping manufacturing equipment operating reliably and efficiently so that production targets are consistently met. This is a full-time, on-site position with two shift options to fit your schedule.
Shift Schedule
- Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Night Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, service, and keep manufacturing equipment running at optimal performance throughout each shift
- Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs promptly to support uninterrupted production
- Work closely with the facilities and production teams to address maintenance needs as they arise
- Follow safety standards and best practices in a busy plastics manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or a similar mechanical role, ideally within a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, dependable approach to keeping machinery in working order
- Availability to commit to either the day or night shift, Monday through Friday, in Los Angeles
