Care For The Homeless
Care For The Homeless is hiring a full-time Case Manager Supervisor to lead frontline social services delivery across our East New York and New Lots, Brooklyn locations. If you are an experienced case management professional who thrives on mentoring others while ensuring quality care for people experiencing homelessness, this role is for you.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Social Services, the Case Manager Supervisor oversees the day-to-day work of our case management team in Brooklyn. You will balance hands-on supervision, staff development, and quality oversight to make sure clients receive consistent, compassionate, and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to a team of Case Managers.
- Deliver onboarding, orientation, and initial training to newly hired Case Managers and Social Work interns.
- Partner with the Clinical Supervisor, Assistant Director of Social Services, and Case Aide on quality assurance activities and continuous improvement of services.
- Support adherence to documentation, compliance, and program standards across the team.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and high-quality client care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in case management within social services or a related human services field.
- Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop staff and interns.
- Strong organizational, communication, and quality-assurance skills.
- Commitment to serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
- Willingness to work on-site at our East New York and New Lots, Brooklyn locations (this is not a remote position).
