About the Role

As a Housing Resource Navigator, you'll serve through Heading Home Corps, supporting people who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. You'll be placed at a nonprofit organization or public agency focused on housing advocacy, social services, or public assistance. No prior experience is required — Ampact provides full training so you can confidently guide individuals and families toward the resources they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect individuals and families facing housing insecurity to relevant resources and support services.
• Serve daily at a partner nonprofit or public agency in Falcon Heights, Ramsey County.
• Assist community members navigating homelessness toward stable, safe housing.
• Advocate for housing access while collaborating with social services and public assistance programs.
