About the Role

As a Caregiver with Comfort Keepers Home Health of Santa Fe, you'll provide hands-on personal care and companionship to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area, with day shifts and flexible hours available across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Support everyday activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Offer warm companionship and emotional support that brightens each client's day
• Monitor client well-being and communicate any changes to the care team
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping others and a caring, patient attitude
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible day shifts, including some weekends and holidays
• Prior caregiving or personal care aide (PCA) experience is a plus, though paid training is provided
