Northern Ohio Field Services (NOFS) is hiring a full-time Mortgage Inspector in Trenton, Butler County, Ohio, to verify the occupancy status of residential properties across the region. About the Role
As a Mortgage Inspector with NOFS, you will travel to residential addresses throughout Butler County to document and confirm whether properties are occupied. This is a contractor position, performed in the field rather than remotely, with the freedom to manage your own schedule and complete inspections without day-to-day supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out on-site inspections of residential properties to determine and record occupancy status.
- Capture accurate observations and supporting documentation for each assigned address.
- Plan and route field visits efficiently across Trenton and the surrounding Butler County area.
- Submit clear, timely inspection results in line with NOFS standards and client requirements.
- Work autonomously while maintaining consistent quality and reliability on every assignment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Mortgage Inspector or in a comparable residential property inspection role.
- Comfort working independently and managing assignments with minimal oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to properties throughout Butler County.
- Availability to take on this role as a full-time contractor position.
