About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager with Lincoln Property Company, you will direct every facet of a single asset or a broader portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, or retail properties in the Seattle area. Acting as the primary point of accountability for one or more clients, you will align day-to-day operations with long-term ownership objectives while overseeing the people and processes that keep each property running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational, marketing, and financial activities across an assigned commercial, industrial, or retail property or portfolio.
- Serve as the main liaison for client relationships, ensuring goals and performance expectations are consistently met.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial planning to protect and grow asset value.
- Coordinate leasing, marketing, and tenant initiatives to support occupancy and revenue.
- Supervise and mentor property managers responsible for the same asset or other assets and portfolios.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or retail real estate at a senior level.
- Strong command of property operations, marketing strategy, and financial management.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including supervising and developing other managers.
- Excellent client-relationship and communication skills.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Seattle, King County.
