• Open, establish, and grow a new Crawlspace Medic market in the Jacksonville area
• Run day-to-day operations with full accountability for performance and profitability
• Build, lead, and develop a local team focused on quality crawl space and basement repair work
• Drive revenue, manage budgets, and treat the business as if it were your own
• Deliver dependable service that earns customer trust and repeat business across Duval County

Qualifications

• An entrepreneurial, owner-minded leader who thinks and acts like a business operator
• Proven leadership or management experience, ideally within home services or a related trade
• Strong operational instincts spanning sales, team building, and financial discipline
• Self-directed drive to launch and scale a market from the ground up
• Based in or able to work on-site full-time in Jacksonville, Duval County (this role is not remote)
