Insight Global is hiring a full-time Project Controls Manager in Rockdale, Milam County, to strengthen our expanding Project Management Office (PMO). This is a hands-on opportunity to own scheduling rigor on high-impact projects while collaborating closely with the wider project leadership team.
About the Role
As the Project Controls Manager, you will build, update, and audit the project master schedule from initiation through delivery. Working as an integrated member of the project management group, you will keep timelines accurate, dependencies visible, and stakeholders aligned so that every milestone stays on track in our Rockdale, Milam County operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously maintain the project master schedule across its full lifecycle.
- Review schedule performance, flag variances early, and recommend corrective action.
- Partner with the project management team to translate plans into trackable activities and dependencies.
- Support the PMO with reporting, forecasting, and project controls best practices.
- Ensure scheduling data remains accurate, consistent, and readily accessible to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience in project controls and master schedule management.
- A driven, detail-oriented approach to maintaining and reviewing complex project timelines.
- Strong collaboration skills to operate effectively within a project management team.
- Ability to manage scheduling responsibilities on-site in Rockdale, Milam County (this role is not remote).
