About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Beep, you will partner with stakeholders across multiple business units to understand how work actually gets done. You will map current processes, surface bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and design improved enterprise workflows that help our teams operate with greater speed and accuracy. Acting as a trusted bridge between business needs and practical solutions, you will translate observations into actionable recommendations that drive measurable improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Document existing business processes and workflows across departments at Beep.
• Analyze how work flows between teams to pinpoint inefficiencies and gaps.
• Design and propose streamlined, improved workflows that boost team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.
• Serve as a dependable liaison between business units and operational teams.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical thinking with a process-minded, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to document, evaluate, and redesign complex business workflows.
