Datalinx AI is hiring a Senior Product Designer in New York City, New York — a full-time, in-office opportunity for a craft-driven designer who turns complex problems into elegant, intuitive experiences.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Datalinx AI, you will work closely with and report to our Chief Product Officer, helping to shape products from concept through launch. This is a hands-on position spanning product design, UX/UI, and user research, where your taste for aesthetics and your eye for detail will directly influence the work we ship. You understand that the smallest decisions can make or break an experience, and you know what it takes to bring genuinely great creative to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from early exploration to polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates on UX/UI, interaction design, and visual systems.
- Plan and conduct user research, translating insights into clear design direction.
- Present and advocate for your concepts, articulating the thinking behind every decision to stakeholders.
- Obsess over the fine details that elevate good design into exceptional design.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a product or UX/UI designer, ideally at a senior level.
- A strong sense of design, craft, and aesthetics, backed by a portfolio of shipped work.
- The ability to communicate, sell, and defend your ideas with clarity and confidence.
- A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to creating cohesive, user-centered experiences.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving product environment based in New York City.
