As a Proposal Coordinator based in Chula Vista, San Diego County, you will be the organizational backbone behind RRM Design Group's pursuit efforts. Working on-site, you will provide high-caliber support to a multidisciplinary team of planners, landscape architects, architects, engineers, and surveyors. The position calls for frequent, hands-on collaboration with the firm's principals and project managers, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of communication, coordination, and detail-driven production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist principals, project managers, and technical professionals in assembling competitive, polished proposals.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, gather required materials, and keep submissions on track to deadline.
• Support the firm's planners, landscape architects, architects, engineers, and surveyors with top-quality production assistance.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with internal stakeholders throughout each pursuit.
• Help organize and refine content so each submittal reflects the firm's standards and brand.
