Paralegal – Pre-Litigation

Ramos Law is hiring a full-time Pre-Litigation Paralegal in Superior, Boulder County, to help injured clients move smoothly from intake through settlement. If you thrive on organization, client care, and meaningful legal work, this role puts you at the heart of every personal injury case.

About the Role

As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal at Ramos Law, you will own personal injury matters during the critical phase that follows client intake and precedes resolution. Working closely with attorneys, you'll keep cases progressing, clients informed, and deadlines firmly under control—all from our Superior, Boulder County office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from post-intake through final settlement.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated and supported throughout the process.
• Support attorneys by collecting case information, records, and supporting documentation.
• Organize and maintain accurate, up-to-date case files.
• Perform legal research relevant to ongoing pre-litigation matters.
• Draft demand letters and other case correspondence.
• Coordinate the settlement process and help bring cases to resolution.
• Track deadlines and ensure each matter meets all applicable legal requirements on time.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience, ideally within personal injury or pre-litigation casework.
• Strong written communication skills, including drafting demand letters and client correspondence.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort managing multiple active case files and competing deadlines.
• Confidence communicating directly with clients in a professional, empathetic manner.
• Familiarity with legal research methods and case management practices.
