As a Summer Camp Coach, you'll be at the heart of Camp Arrow, a Christian summer experience built around academics, recreation, leadership development, creative arts, STEM exploration, field trips, and character formation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise groups of campers during daily academic, recreational, and creative activities

- Support leadership development and character-building rooted in the camp's Christian values
- Help coordinate and chaperone field trips and group outings safely
- Maintain a welcoming, encouraging, and safe environment for every child
