About the Role

As Assistant Manager at Oak & Stone, you'll partner with the management team to keep daily operations running smoothly across our Okahumpka location. This hands-on, guest-focused position centers on front-of-house leadership, supporting the team during busy service, and ensuring every visitor feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations and step in wherever the team needs support
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver attentive, friendly service on every shift
• Champion a relaxed, welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back
• Uphold high standards for food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and overall presentation
• Assist with scheduling, training, and resolving guest concerns in real time
• Help manage our self-pour beer wall experience and ensure smooth, accurate service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, bar, or hospitality supervision is a strong asset
• A natural, guest-first mindset with genuine enthusiasm for great service

• Ability to stay organized and composed during high-volume periods
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule on-site in Okahumpka, Lake County
