About the Role
As a Restaurant Shift Lead at our Mesa, Maricopa County restaurant, you'll keep each shift running smoothly — guiding the team, upholding quality and service standards, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. This is an on-site, full-time hourly position with real momentum toward salaried leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members throughout your assigned shift
- Maintain Salad and Go's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps guests coming back
- Support smooth daily operations during business hours (6am–9pm)
- Help coach and develop crew members as the team grows
Qualifications
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Mesa, AZ
- Comfort working flexible schedules across opening, midday, and closing shifts
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to stay organized and lead calmly in a fast-moving environment
- Eagerness to learn and advance through leadership training
