About the Role

As a Dietary Aide HCC with PruittHealth in Panama City, Bay County, you will work alongside the Dietary Manager and supervisory staff to prepare, serve, and store food according to our established standards. This hands-on, on-site position plays an essential part in keeping our dietary operations running smoothly and our residents well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Help prepare meals following our documented procedures and any direction provided by the Dietary Manager or supervisor.
• Carry out diet orders accurately, including NPO (nothing by mouth) diet orders.
• Adhere to facility guidelines for storing, serving, and transporting food and related supplies.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the dietary team in delivering timely, properly portioned meals to residents.

Qualifications

• Willingness to follow established food-preparation procedures and dietary instructions precisely.
• Understanding of, or ability to learn, safe food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Reliability and attention to detail when carrying out diet orders, including NPO requirements.
• A cooperative attitude and ability to work closely with the Dietary Manager and fellow team members.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Panama City, Bay County (this role is not remote).
