About the Role
This full-time, on-site Team Lead Manufacturing (B Shift) position at National Vision puts you at the heart of our optical lab operations in Bonnie, Utah County. You'll coordinate a manufacturing crew during the B shift, ensuring each pair of lenses and frames meets the standards that make affordable, quality eye care possible for customers across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and support the day-to-day activities of a B-shift manufacturing team to hit daily production and quality targets.
- Monitor workflow on the floor, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and keep eyewear production running smoothly and on schedule.
- Uphold quality-control standards so finished optical products consistently meet specifications.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members, fostering a safe and collaborative shift environment.
- Enforce safety protocols and proper equipment handling throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or optical lab setting, ideally with team lead or supervisory exposure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to guide a team and relay direction clearly.
- Availability to work the full-time B shift on-site in Bonnie, Utah County.
- A detail-oriented, quality-first mindset and a willingness to lead by example.
