Manager Production – Aseptic

About the Role

As the Manager Production - Aseptic at Tolmar in Windsor, CO, you will oversee day-to-day aseptic production activities, guiding teams that produce sterile pharmaceutical products to the highest quality and compliance standards. This full-time, on-site position operates primarily on a Monday through Friday day schedule, with the flexibility to support off-shift operations when business needs require it.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise aseptic manufacturing operations to meet production targets, timelines, and quality objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.
• Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product reliability.
• Provide flexible coverage across shifts as needed to maintain uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing, ideally within aseptic production environments.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities in a regulated setting.
• Strong working knowledge of cGMP and applicable regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work primarily daytime hours in Windsor, CO, with availability to support alternate shifts as required.
