Superintendent II

Sekisui House US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent II to join our construction team in Woodbine, Davidson County — a full-time, on-site role with one of the most respected homebuilders in the world.

About the Role

As a Superintendent II with Sekisui House US, Inc., you will play a hands-on leadership role in residential construction operations, overseeing day-to-day field activities to ensure homes are built on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is based in Woodbine, Davidson County and reports directly to senior construction leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from ground-breaking through final walkthrough
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain project timelines
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and safety compliance
• Communicate proactively with homebuyers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on build progress
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid schedule delays or cost overruns
• Ensure all work meets local building codes, company standards, and municipal inspection requirements

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in residential construction supervision or a comparable field leadership role
• Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling, trade coordination, and site safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced build environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Woodbine, Davidson County job site
