About the Role
As the Lead Mitigation Technician/Crew Chief, you will take charge on-site, directing mitigation work that helps families and property owners recover after damaging events. This is a physically demanding, full-time position based in Parkway, Gwinnett County, ideal for an experienced technician ready to step into a leadership role within residential insurance reconstruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a mitigation crew across active job sites, setting the pace and standard for quality work.
