About the Role
As a Project Coordinator with Northwest Cascade, you will serve as a central point of support for our heavy civil construction teams in Pierce County. This is a year-round, full-time position offering genuine room to grow and develop your career within an established civil construction organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day coordination of heavy civil construction projects from start to finish.
- Help track project schedules, documentation, and deliverables to keep work progressing on time.
- Act as a communication link between field crews, project managers, and office staff.
- Assist with organizing project records, paperwork, and reporting needs.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-run jobsite environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction setting.
- Interest in or exposure to civil construction is a plus.
- Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional weekend work as projects require.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range of $27.50 to $32.50 per hour, depending on experience, paid weekly.
