About the Role

As a Foreman with Loenbro in El Paso, you will be the on-site leader responsible for guiding field teams through daily operations across a range of industrial construction disciplines. This full-time, on-site position puts you at the center of planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards Loenbro's customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise field crews to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate daily tasks, manpower, materials, and equipment for assigned job sites.
• Champion a strong safety culture and enforce compliance with site and regulatory standards.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to translate them into actionable work.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and needs with project management and customers.
• Mentor team members and maintain workmanship quality across electrical, mechanical, structural, and related craft work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction experience with a proven track record of leading crews.
• Working knowledge of one or more trades such as electrical, mechanical, structural, or soft crafts.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project documentation.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and adherence to industry standards.
• Effective leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in El Paso, El Paso County on a full-time basis.
