About the Role

As the Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Manager, you will guide network and infrastructure expansion projects from concept to completion. Based in Chicago, Cook County, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, beginning with site assessments and utility load evaluations and carrying each build through to final testing, commissioning, and integration. You will act as the central point of contact connecting property owners, utility partners, and on-the-ground crews to keep sustainable deployments running smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct OSP construction projects across their entire lifecycle, from early planning to handover.
• Conduct site walk-throughs and utility load studies to inform build strategy and design.

Qualifications
